Fun but not worth it

Compared to other claw machine app games, this one has its good and bad. The good is they do have a daily bonus so you can play without having to purchase coins if you don’t want to. The bonus cannot be saved up as it limits you to just 100 coins. This limits the higher end prizes but still has some items. Also the claw machine controls allow you to move in all directions till your time is up. Unlike toreba where you have one shot at moving to the side and back. The bad, which is two things. There is only one camera and its top down from the claw perspective. Once you play a few times you’ll be able to figure out the center of the claw but you don’t see all the items in the booth. This causes you to waste your time going through the area looking for just the right spot. The second and the real reason I give this 2 stars is the shipping. The shipping cost to get your prizes is too high. I had 3 plush items and the cost would be $20. To ship one would be $9. I found the exact item on eBay for $1.99 free shipping. So even though you think you win, if you pay this shipping cost, the house is winning. Reduce the shipping down to around $5 for 3 items, it may be worth it.

Im SOOOO glad you guys fixed all the issues with the original Clawin app! Everything is so much better organized and informative when it comes to how many puzzle pieces needed to win a specific prize and letting you know how many days until each piece caught expires. Another thing is I can actually play more than only one claw machine, and what I mean by that is, in the original Clawin app I could only play one machine because it was the only one that didn’t lag, so I couldn’t actually see where the claw was before it dropped and didn’t have to wait half the time limit to see where it ended up after moving it. I’m SO HAPPY with this update!!! You guys are doing awesome I’ve always had great service and response time with any issues and they’ve always been fixed. Not to mention when I get my prizes in the mail, if one of the prizes was out of stock you gave extra free items to make up for it! You guys rock! Keep it up! 😆😆
Best Free Claw Machine App

I’ve tried many claw machine apps. Sure I’ve played Toreba and others. Out of all the other apps I’ve played- this is one of the only ones that I’ve won a prize on and was able to ship it. Sure I paid for shipping for my Kumamon Bear, but in the end, it was worth the wait to receive it. As long as you have the patience to win and wait for your shipped toys. It is well worth it. Speaking of shipped toys- I recently got a free shipping thing from the wheel and used it. First time I’ve gotten one of those and it was the first time I spun the wheel on this new app. I can definitely say that this app/Clawin is one of the apps I will go to when I want to win a toy and have it shipped...provided I have the money or a free shipping ticket. Creators of this app- you are amazing. Don’t let the low star reviews get you down. This is FenrirTheEntelexeia- ending their reply

I played their previous app. Everything was fine for a while, started to get the hang of things, the daily coins were nice and I won 6 prizes in just a few weeks... Then I started getting kicked out of my account regularly. Every other day, until 3 days passed without luck. I was one of the FEW people that actually got ahold of support and spoke to someone and they were quick to respond. They “fixed” the issue, told me to give the account 24 hours before trying to log back on, and promised that I’d be rewarded 200 coins for my troubles. I had to wait another 2 days before I was back into my account. Still no coins. I waited a week before e-mailing them again about the missing coins, showing them proof to assure them I wasn’t trying to scam them. Their response? “Please check again.” Never rewarded. Not to mention, the rooms take FOREVER to load. And you’ve got a 50/50 chance of the claws freezing and taking your coins EVEN though you didn’t get to play. Parties in one room have to pay attention to see who will make the next move to go because if you try to play at the same time as another person, it will freeze or skip you entirely. Is this a joke? It’s not worth your troubles. Prizes DON’T come. If you pay your shipping, they’ll just take your money and that’s the bottom line. Just don’t.
