Install Round1 Entertainment app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Round1 Entertainment on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Round1 Entertainment"
- The search will reveal the Round1 Entertainment app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Round1 Entertainment is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Round1 Entertainment.

Clunky

The app shows up to date features at the chosen arcade but the app is extremely slow and clunky. The controls for the menu are also relatively tiny and is difficult to read due to the tiny font. Just hitting the back button is also quite taxing as the page doesn't load fast, sometimes even slower than the page you backed from.

It’s all broken!

the app USA has many issues aside from its app being broken. But what’s the use of an app to link to your card in order to reload or check point balances when it doesn’t work and hasn’t for quite some time? Locations have management that thinks they know the way to run the location and that too is broken. Machines are often half-working. This is FAR FROM a Japanese experience brought to the States. Please fix it all! *bows politely*

Bloatware and deceptive advertising

The app is horribly slow and prone to crashing with terrible UI/UX (it even has a button for reloading when it gets messed up which means they know how bad it is). Even worse, the the app I went had a sign saying they would give a $1 discount for downloading the app but then the manager said they don’t do that unless you pay money to join the club. Of course they told me that only AFTER I downloaded this piece of bloatware. Stay away.

Broken coupons/Broken app

Downloaded the app for the in app offers. Coupons such as buy one ice cream and get one free did not work. Also, there needs to be a way to link my physical club card to the app. FAQ says physical club card members do not get app benefits, but what if I wanted to link my card to the app later down the road? Is that even possible? Overall this app and how they manage club memberships needs some work.
