Too many games quit working

I tried a subscription. Games were fun, but several just quit working, others didn’t recognize my subscription, and there was no way to get help. Can you clean up the bugs? I would like to subscribe again.
Games limited

I was surprised to find the Avalon Legend would not let me play past level 15. It thanked me for being a subscriber and ended, apparently with hundreds of unplayed levels. That wasn’t what the subscription was represented to be.

Updated review - after months of waiting the free trial is working well. The games are fun. Hopefully it will keep working so I can renew.
