Install DNA2Tree app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using DNA2Tree on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DNA2Tree"
The search will reveal the DNA2Tree app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DNA2Tree is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DNA2Tree.
Now enjoy DNA2Tree on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use DNA2Tree,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "DNA2Tree" » then Click "Install".
- DNA2Tree will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I wish that there was a feature where once we gather all of our common ancestors and our DNA matches into a Gedcom file Other than that it’s a great app Thank you Karen
Not working, no support

It appears this app stopped working after ancestry updated their website. I emailed the developers a week ago and have not gotten a response, and nothing has changed in the app. The app will no longer find common ancestors and doesn’t seem to be loading any tree information when you load matches. I think one of the main issues is that an end longer has pages of matches, but instead it just keeps loading matches in batches on the same page. The app doesn’t seem to know how to manage this or get any data from the matches. Don’t waste your money at this point, the app is useless.

It was not explained that you have to have a paid Ancestry account to use the app. I paid for a month subscription for this app and it’s now wasted. Since I’m able to see all my DNA matches on Ancestry without a paid account I did not think it would affect the app.
