Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Skratch"

Overall a good app

I like how you can select the places you have been and it shades that place in. However I wish there was the option to select specific provinces like you do the states. Therefor, you can further customize your map.
Politics aside ...Maps are off

I live in Jerusalem - the west side of the city which has always been the capital of Israel since is independence in 1948, in contrast to the eastern side of the city which was occupied by Jordan from 1948-‘67. Your app identifies all of Jerusalem as Palestine which is just incorrect. Perhaps you want to stay apolitical, if that is the case just label Jerusalem as Jerusalem without connecting it to any country. If not, you should know you are making a political statement that will allie Nate many potential users and misinform those who don’t know.

Super intuitive and user-friendly. Such a great idea to have a portable this app map of the world, especially if you like to travel. If I had to change something I would just add more features and perhaps make it more social, but other than that it’s great! Good job!
