자취 이사할 때 썼습니다. 주문 취소라던지 디테일한 옵션은 어플에서 볼 수 없어서 좀 갑갑한 감이 있었습니다. 비가 올 거 같아서 밴으로 불렀는데 1톤이 배정되더라구요. 그래서 전화로 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 어플 주문 보단 전화가 좀 더 편한 거 같습니다. 주문 내용과 달리 짐이 많아 두 번 옮기게 되었는데 가격 어떻게 할지는 이야기 나눠 정했습니다. 처음 정해진 가격과 많이 달라졌지만 직접 조율할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 어플로 쉽게 부를 수 있다는 점, 정해진 것과 달리 말로 다 바꿀 수 있단 점이 좋았습니다. 주문번호 #438757
이사 서비스 이용 만족합니다

방한칸 짐들 가지고 이사해야 돼서 고고밴 처음 이용했는데, 만족스럽습니다. 기사님 서글서글 인사도 잘 하시고(어머니가 나중에 칭찬하셨음) 교통상황 때문에 10분 정도 도착이 늦었는데, 도로 정체상황 사진 찍어 보내며 도착 예정 시간 바로바로 알려줘서 안심하고 기다렸어요. 책이 많아서 박스가 무거운데 상처나지 않게 잘 날라줬고요. 이사만 아니라 소량 물품 보낼 일 있을 때도 이용할 생각입니다. 주문번호 : #367209
