Can’t play the game

I saw an ad on Facebook for this game and decided to download it. Well it was a waste of my data because I can’t even get the app to open. It starts to load up but then it crashes and closes out and I’m back to my home screen. I deleted it and re-downloaded it but same problem again. 10/10 would not recommend :(
