Doesn’t work

For starters, it asks you for a registration token code . None of my paperwork or emails state what that is. There is no help button or link. You might get to a page that lets you email a question or sign out . But that’s all that it does. There is no way to get back to the sign on process , without closing out app entirely and starting the entire process over . After at least 5 times I accidentally selected do not allow notifications ( as I could care less about my the app habits , as long as the info goes to the researchers I’m good) well apparently that should be selected on as should always allow for location services .Well there is no way to go back and fix that . So who knows if I’m even sending my info correct as well . When you install the transponder , the light is supposed to go on. It just blinked for me did not stay on. No tech help on the app so don’t know if that works at all. Either . Also after I was given a pin Number im an email , when I try to log on to see if I could access any help topics , it tells me my pin is invalid . I’m starting to think it’s not worth a $75 visa gift card that probably won’t work either
