6. New York Users: New York Telemedicine Associates, available through the Babylon app, are now part of Mount Sinai Health Partners.

7. Get access to a doctor or nurse practitioner through select health plans, with Babylon.

8. Simply download the Babylon app and enter the code provided by your health plan to get started.

10. After you have received information about your symptoms, the COVID-19 Care Assistant will make available a Care Plan based on the latest guidance.

11. Describe your symptoms, and the Chabot will ask questions related to your symptoms and health, so it can help you decide what to do next.
