Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Globe-Load"
The search will reveal the Globe-Load app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Globe-Load is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Globe-Load.

Fix your mode of payment(s). I’m using my Amex CC (US issued) to top-up but got denied many times. Contacted my Amex Company and I was told my card is working great and the issue is from the merchant. Please fix the issue. Gracias.
