Software Features and Description

1. Please click on the meeting invite link to connect or enter the Appointment Id received in the text message in the app.

2. iDocsWeb Family app lets family member of patient join the online consultation/telemedicine session of their loved ones.

3. Appointment details will be displayed in the app and progress of the telemedicine request will be visible.

4. When your loved one requires a telemedicine consultation, the nurse will send a request to you and the doctor.

5. Once the telemedicine request is sent, you will receive a text message.

6. No login/authentication is required for this app.

7. A “Join Meeting” button appears when the provider joins the appointment.

8. Click the "Join Meeting" button to participate the telemedicine session.

9. You will also receive push notifications when the status of the appointment changes.

Install iDocsWeb Family app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using iDocsWeb Family on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iDocsWeb Family"
The search will reveal the iDocsWeb Family app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iDocsWeb Family is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iDocsWeb Family.
Now enjoy iDocsWeb Family on PC.
