Frustrating

I paid for this app a week ago. I have reset my watch, reset the app and still nothing. Every time I go into the app either it’s loading my conversations, my Bluetooth isn’t connected, or I’m not in range of my device. I have done EVERYTHING to get this app started. It shows on my phone that the app has been connected l, it shows complication on my phone under my Apple watch app, I open the app on my watch it’s constantly spinning for conversation. I want to remove this app completely and get my money back. This is HORRIBLE

I was able to get through the QR screen and it shows in my iOS app that it’s connected, but on my watch, it says “ iOS app is not reachable. Ensure it’s nearby, has Bluetooth on, and is paired to this watch.” I did all of these things along with ensure that my phone, watch, and both apps were fully updated which they were. I even restarted both devices and it would not connect. I hope this gets resolved soon! Just frustrating as this is an app that must be bought.

This app is not helpful. I have updated my iPhone and Apple Watch and tried to connect WhatsApp through this app *multiple* times. It’s been a waste of my day. With no help or hope. It keeps saying it’s trying to connect and to make sure WiFi and Bluetooth are on and phone is nearby. I thought paying for an app would guarantee success. But it doesn’t work. They are making a lot of money for an app that doesn’t work.
