Install Rafeeq: Food Delivery in Qatar app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

Inconvenient and difficult to use

I’m Qatari and it’s nice to see such app from a fellow Qatari. I have some comments though:
1. The app looks extremely similar to carriage! Even the logo.
2. Inconvenient and annoying bubbles
3. Way too many things happening at the screen
4. It would be good to see comments and rating, which is a downside of carriage
5. You can name the wallet thing “credit.” It would be more fitting
Please, just show the restaurant and food list in an organized and comfortable way. When I click on a restaurant I want to see the categories immediately and written in a large font, I don’t want to scroll through a tiny list. Whenever I want to order, I look at carriage and once I choose my order I use this app to order. So please, make the app easier to use.

I ordered food and you accepted it after one hour I called customer service and someone answered me after I told her my problem she put me on hold and didn’t return back
I called the restaurant after two hours
They told me that they prepared the order and called refeeq to send the delivery man and they said we haven’t any ...

Bad application & customer service

After order more than one of the same item, the application would automatically cancel your order and you won’t notice till the order arrives.
What’s worst is that customer service will blame it on you.
