Select Windows version:

Download and install the Jayson app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Jayson"
The search will reveal the Jayson app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Jayson is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Jayson.
Now enjoy Jayson on PC.

Using Jayson on Mac OS:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Jayson:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Jayson" » Click "Install" to install Jayson

Great JSON Viewer, but would be better with editing capability

It would be nice to have editing capabilities in this app because the app is a beautiful way of visualizing JSON and the navigation makes it easy to traverse files, so it would definitely do a lot with editing.

The shortcuts support and url scheme is especially helpful. Can't recommend enough. Hopefully the developer will also write a JSON editor in future.
Would be even better with XML support

I really like the JSON capabilities and see a lot of potential use especially with Shortcut support. However, I tend to switch between XML and JSON projects a lot so it would be great if this supported both format types.

I really want a JSON viewer that also lets me edit/add to it. Maybe add that as a feature and with the full version allow users to export JSON. That way, we can see if it's a reasonable workflow to use this app and pay for it if we like it?
