Beautiful game, minor nuisances
By CalculatorCat (Pcmac user)
I’ve spent a long time looking for a good picross/nonogram game that’s not riddled with ads, and this app really hit the bill.
The controls and logic flow smoothly, and the zoom works for the 30x30 levels.
My issues is that the puzzles are really easy ? As in for every large puzzle, there are tons of large numbers which make it easy to breeze through them. I haven’t felt challenged at all after beating everything in the app, compared to Pokémon Picross, which has some real hard levels. I suppose that’s a side effect of doing mural-style puzzles, though.
And here’s something else: the ‘auto fill’ feature is wonderful and really speeds things up, BUT, it only auto fills if you correctly fill the row. For example, if the row says “4”, you could test all permutations of 4 and when it auto fills, you know you’ve gotten the right bit, which I feel is cheating - I would rather it fill the Xs whenever the row correctly matches the clues, not just being the one and only solution. Just me though.
But yeah, good game, solid picross experience.

It’s glitchie

It’s good but it’s glitchie...at some points I can play it and at other points I get kicked off about ten times
