2. Each person is unique and to identify which foods your body reacts to, you need to systematically record what you eat and the symptoms you see after eating.

4. This application was developed with the help of Dietary Specialist Sarah Munn.
5. The application has an analysis of personal diet.
6. Before you begin to use this diet, I highly recommend consulting your doctor.
7. The application can use HealthKit to log your symptoms.
8. It is not free, but much cheaper than a visit to a cafe.
