Downgrade from a terrible app.

Well, I thought the 'Transit' app TARC user previously was one of the worst apps I had ever seen. Then they doubled down. Now I have an app on my phone that ceaselessly demanded I rate it before I ever had a chance to use it. Of course, it didn't publish my one star review. Now that I can use it, I can't use it. I type in where I'm headed, and the app crashes. That's not necessarily a deal breaker; I'm always just grabbing the number 4. But, it doesn't show where the bus is with any accuracy, and it thinks I'm standing at 5th and Ali when I'm standing at 6th and Ali. It also doesn't give me both destinations of the bus so I can't grab the convenient stop right outside of work because it's technically headed downtown. Of course, that doesn't really matter because every #4 bus has to recharge for 20-30 minutes between 4 and 6 pm because that's obviously a low ridership period. Just pay doublemap some money, ffs.
Moving Louisville

The TARC app is moving Louisville to the forefront of mobility. This app is constantly being improved to enhance the user experience of navigating Louisville. Stick with it, it’s getting better, it will greatly help with commuting and you can find many more options like scooters and bikes from within the app.
Leave it alone

I like using the app instead of paper schedules. What I don’t like is TARC keeps taking away the PDF in the app. I like knowing ahead what time bus is coming. Don’t care about Real-Time. Please put the PDF back. Don’t need mobile if I have to carry around a stack of paper schedules.
Fixed the Closing Issue

I was having problems with the app closing down. It might have been related to an iOS update, but i’m not sure. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it’s working!!
