Good but could be great

So far, I actually like this game. It is completely p2w in regards to pvp, but what mmo is not at this point. The developers need to get paid and should get paid so I’m fine with it. I actually enjoy the quest line. The biggest point in its favor is that it has manage to temper auto play well. There is some auto questing for leveling, but it is not like most new games where you are just watching the game play itself most of the time. It is open world, and so far I like it. It is as close to the original Order and Chaos as I have found, which is a good thing. My only complaint is the dungeon queue. Please address this problem. Unless you are running the newest dungeon (meaning you can never fall behind), you will almost never be able to queue dungeons through random matchups. Some suggestions: 1) advertise to increase player population, so the other dungeons will queue, 2) merge servers with other servers with lower level players so dungeons will queue, or 3) (this being my main suggestion), redesign the dungeon queue so we can select numerous dungeons to matchup in at the same time so that when the conditions are met for one of the 5 or so dungeons I’m queuing, then I can enter (instead of being able to queue only one dungeon at a time and being in queue limbo forever). Thanks for the work you have done, and please keep it up :)

The game is doing rather well, I’m impressed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is for it being very new, and there’s a couple of bugs. For example, people don’t appear as you’re walking around, you just see their names floating around until they show up. Secondly, the game crashes. This is a bit of an issue because I’d rather keep playing dungeons without being kicked off and having to redo it all. I understand that the servers have a huge audience (devs, you’re doing a wonderful job clearly!!) and they just can’t handle the attention yet. But otherwise, the game is excellent. Not being able to customize my character’s race and appearance was a bit of a letdown but it could’ve been worse. I do appreciate having to be able to turn off auto run. One IOS game let me level up without even touching the phone, which was a bummer. Keep it up, Devs!! This game is definitely worth a keep, but being able to enter buildings would have been nice too. Just certain things that I have wishes for like those two but so far, not bad at all. I’m definitely enjoying it.
Needs customization and show more players and npc

This game so far is pretty good with its story .Im impressed on what the developers did with a lot of the quests and how each one can be unique . So far I never had a quest which was the same . Combat is good and it’s bossing is the best in this game in my opinion . Couple things it’s lacking which are small things. 1.- It’s needs customization .- Besides the outfits we need customization . 2. -Show more players and npc from a distance- there will be times where the world feels empty with how small the radius of seeing players in the world or npc .like I’ll be walking up to an area and it’s looks empty but if you get closer npc appear . If there is a way you can boost the radius up a little bit that would be good . 3-lastly there is a bank in the game where you can store like extra gear and etc. but it’s hard to find cause it’s not labeled on the map where it’s at . I know it sounds like I’m complaining but It’s important to know (to us players ) that we can store stuff .

What happened to the healing gems??? Can’t buy them anymore or get them in meteors or events... how are we suppose to work on our priests or shaman healers if they don’t exist in game anymore??? It must be a mistake. Several of my guild members noticed that too. They spent real money in-game and now We all feel like Its been wasted because We can’t get healing gems... please fix. Could you comment on what’s going on please??? Other than that major issue this game is the only game for me!!! You can’t just remove healing gems!!! So many of us have so much invested in our healers. My shaman is only a healer... Several other players I know don’t even want to play anymore because of that. If I can’t continue with my healer I don’t even want to play anymore. What’s the point??? Please put Healing Gems back in game. Thank you!!!
