DawnBreak : Repainted

Having played DawnBreak and this, I can only give it 3-stars. This game could have in itself have been a huge update to the first game without having to restart and regain progress. This one presents a new story with characters you more than likely are already familiar with from the 1st game. The biggest change here is that the skills are now manually usable without having to chain your basics. Some costumes now are not present in the first, and strangely vice versa. In the end, with there being minimal differences gameplay and content speaking, this just seems like a cash grab.

Holy cow this game is set up bad. To get a 2 star hero up to 3 star you need 50 shards and u can basically only get one shard per day through hard difficulty unless you buy diamonds for summons which cost a ridiculous amount. 2500 diamonds for one 10x summon and it costs 1$ for not even 100 diamonds. You can’t progress anywhere in the game because you need your characters to be higher star levels but you can’t get shards for them at all. Let me put it like this-on my first 10x summon I managed to pull a 3* gold character. You have a 2% chance to get a gold 3* character. Even though I was super lucky, I can’t even beat the 4th chapter on normal difficulty because my character is only 3*. I need 100 shards to get the character to 4*(more for 5 and 6 star) and the only way I can get them is through summon with only a 2% chance to get said character. Yep I literally have zero chance to advance unless I pay a TON of money. If they would have scrapped the whole shard system, the game would have been great. Stay far away from this game!!!!
