What is CDU.direct?

CDU.direct is a free messenger app with a personal file storage feature for members of the CDU in Niedersachsen. It allows members of local, district, and county associations to communicate through individual and group chats, exchange files and materials securely, and all without sharing their private phone numbers. The app can be accessed through the CDUplus account and is hosted on German servers. It is also DSGVO-compliant and end-to-end encrypted.

Software Features and Description

1. Mitglieder der Orts-, Bezirks- sowie Kreisverbände kommunizieren darüber in Einzel- und Gruppenchats, tauschen Dateien und Materialien sicher aus und das alles ohne Freigabe der privaten Handynummer – über den CDUplus-Account.

2. Wir wollen viel mehr als eine Partei-App! Als erster Landesverband bieten wir unseren Mitgliedern mit einem eigenen sicheren und datenschutzkonformen Messenger auch vor Ort neue Möglichkeiten.

3. CDU.direct bietet einen kostenfreien Messenger mit persönlicher Dateiablage für die Mitglieder der CDU in Niedersachsen.

4. Der DSGVO- und datenschutzkonforme Messenger wird national und international auch innerhalb von Unternehmen und Behörden mit Sicherheitsaufgaben eingesetzt, z.

The search will reveal the CDU.direct app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CDU.direct is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CDU.direct.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CDU.direct,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CDU.direct" » then Click "Install".
- CDU.direct will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
