It won’t even open

I was very excited to try this game. After I do loaded the app and opened it up and hit story the game would not work. It would get stuck on the opening scene and move no further. I thought perhaps the app downloaded wrong so I uninstalled it, restarted my phone, and down the app again. I encountered the same problem. I have had no luck in solving this issue and my friend who downloaded the app as well is also encountering this issue so it’s not my phone. Hopefully whatever glitch is going on will be fixed soon
