Install Heart Rate LITE app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Heart Rate LITE on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Heart Rate LITE"
The search will reveal the Heart Rate LITE app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Heart Rate LITE is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Heart Rate LITE.
Now enjoy Heart Rate LITE on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Heart Rate LITE Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Heart Rate LITE,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Heart Rate LITE" » then Click "Install".
- Heart Rate LITE will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Awful , awful , awful !!!!

I downloaded this app to check it out and I couldn’t even get through the first the app rate scan before an ad popped up . I mean really ? I understand the need for some ads but when you can’t even use the app because of it that’s awful. I recommend cardio . It is very accurate and no ads at all ...!!

The free scan usually goes to watch ad when you have about 10 seconds to go. Happens 99 percent of the time. Raises my blood pressure!!
