Install Ubuntu Tracking app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Ubuntu Tracking"
The search will reveal the Ubuntu Tracking app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Ubuntu Tracking is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Ubuntu Tracking.
Now enjoy Ubuntu Tracking on PC.
