Good app, bad ethics

Couple of years ago i have purchased this app. Since then company rolled out “fully unlocked” copy of the app and made my version a yearly subscription(for a full version) i had to repurchase again. Not very ethical model in my opinion. Unless i am misinterpreting user agreements, paid version should receive unlimited updates of the app. And at the time of my purchase the app that i have purchased implied “full unlocked version”. Hope this will not happen again with this version. To give proper credit, this app is useful and convenient. Couple of bugs appear here and there but most get fixed right away. Customer service started to slack as i am waiting for 2nd week on reply regarding an issue.

Every time I try to add my outlook the app it states my account won’t allow me to add or remove calendars. So I deleted it, ensured I purchased the full version and still the same. I just wasted $14. I’ve been using it for a number of years and loved it. Went overseas and when I came back I can’t seem to get it to work. Update: As suspected the issues I was having was user error. This is still a great product and worth every cent. After I posted the above review I received an email shortly afterwards with help.

Amazingly useful and flexible the app app. Better than all the rest in the app store -- and I've tried virtually all of them. It's particularly outstanding in making it easy to set multiple notifications at precise times, apart from the standard 15-minute increments offered by most other the app apps.

I’ve been using the free version for years and had to upgrade to get rid of it constantly asking me to upgrade. Love the app but wish it would have stayed free or have been cheaper. Keeps me organized and I love the different the app views and that I can assign colors to certain words. Great app just pricey.
