The app is fine I guess but it’s not really an app just a web view of their website. Downloading the app doesn’t offer any real benefit to customers. It’s obvious they’re not interested in improving the experience for people, more likely this was built to get permission to track your your location in the background. In fact when shopping for tires the experience is actually worse because instead of swiping to go backwards you have to use tiny backwards and forward nav arrows at the bottom of the window. Seriously, just save the space on your phone and use the web browser.
Not true app; functions not working

This is simply a mobile view but actually worse because none of the important functions will work. I was able to order and set an appointment but couldn’t print my order or add to my calendar. I ordered 20 minutes ago and have yet to receive an email confirmation.
Poorly Designed

Difficult to use, a lot of back and forth of the screens, have to repeat input of data, In my case my car has staggered tires it’s difficulty to link sets several times specified MICHELIN and it pulled up several brands the only thing improved was the finger print ID. It may work fine for the straight forward show me a tire but for those of use it to look at, compare and look at options ie: plus 0 plus plus 2 Then I want to pick what fronts I want and add it to the rears as a set you can’t do it. It auto calculates for 4 tires and have to keep changing it on each view.
Can’t schedule appointments

I downloaded the app hoping I could use it schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have feature. However, the app is designed well and easy to navigate. It will be convenient to help locate nearby stores.
