Software Features and Description

1. Uses background location monitoring to create a low resolution GPX file for the entire day.

2. This GPX file then be imported into other programmes to provide location information, which is useful for things such as adding GPS coordinates to photos.

3. Due to the background location monitoring this uses minimal battery.

4. The background location tracking is much less accurate than GPS as it uses a combination wifi & cellular location rather than GPS.

5. This results in DailyGPX only using a small amount of battery, but does mean that the track is only an approximate location.

6. No data is exported from the app, other than optionally to iCloud drive.

7. It also only updates every 5min or 500m, whichever is longer.

Install DailyGPX app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using DailyGPX on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DailyGPX"
The search will reveal the DailyGPX app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DailyGPX is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DailyGPX.
Now enjoy DailyGPX on PC.
