Problem

I’ve enjoyed playing this game so far and have gotten past all the levels/rooms and now I’m playing the puzzles just to play and waiting for the app to add more rooms but now I’m the game has frozen every time I press start and it gets to the loading page. It won’t even get to the page where it lets me pick the room. I hope it resolves itself because I would hate to have to delete it and re-download it just for it to work again and start all over again. 😒😒

Graphics are poor

Graphics are probably the poorest in all of the games I have purchased. In the game itself, when there are no possible moves, it is incredibly slow to regenerate. At times when I have made a certain move, the memory is so poor that it will change pieces to something other than what they should be at times. The designs are like decorating fully at IKEA. That being said, it is one of the two games I have that I play. The music is very fun that matches its intended theme.

Horrific, unprofessional, rude customer service

I was charged almost $40 for something that I did not purchase. I reached out to “customer service”, they were completely inappropriate, they accuse me of lying, and we’re very patronizing. On top of that, extremely unprofessional, tons of grammatical errors, issues with spelling and capitalization, the regular things that you would expect from customer service. This game steals your money, and the service is horrific. Don’t waste your time or your money. What a disgusting excuse for customer service. They’re going to steal your money and then treat you horribly. So prepare yourself for that.

Too many ads

I don’t understand why I need to play the Match 3 Game in order to get money to buy the furniture I need. I literally have to play this other game after every single purchase I make and it’s extremely annoying. Gets boring really quick because of this. If it didn’t have that, and if there weren’t so many ads after everything you do, I would’ve rated this 5 stars.
