Screen frozen at take picture in mirror

There is about 12 steps to the registration process. I get to about the 10th step in the process where they ask for a picture to be taken of the phone in a mirror. The problem is that the process stops there and does not proceed. (What happened then) The screen had my name at top with a “take photo” spot to select at the bottom of the screen. You would select the “Take photo” AND it would show that the spot as being selected, yet it would do NOTHING. The camera is fully functional ( I took a picture of my receipt earlier in a step earlier). I even took a picture in the mirror with the swipe option to co to camera, hoping that the picture that I took would transfer to that step that was stuck in the registration process, to no avail. The registration process needs to be streamlined AND fully functional and operating effectively to complete the process.

24hr lock out!

Most of it is pretty easy and straight forward. Then you have to set the date and take a picture of the receipt. So I set the date but before I can take the picture, it locka me out saying I have to wait 24hrs. That's fine but I wish I could have added the photo then and there and then submitted all that in 24hrs.
So 24hrs later it's unlocked and I can take the photo but as I'm taking the photo I'm thinking "did the date change to today's date??" So I back up to double check it was set to yesterday's and sure enough, I get locked out again for another 24hours. I can't go back and fix the date or add the photo. So now I have to do this again tomorrow. Whyyyyyyyyyy

Wait to register?

Just purchased this kit with a new phone today and when attempting to register it tells me I have to wait 24 hours before I can do so. The app itself seems a little shady to me let alone having to wait that long before even being able to register the product. The only reason I can see them doing this is they are hoping their customers either forget to register or that they put some small scratch or crack in their screen during this 24 hour period that would let the app get out of covering the device. I just paid $50 for a half milliliter of liquid the least they could do is let me register immediately.

Terrible process

I immediately downloaded the app after getting home from having the product applied to my screen so I could register it. A message popped up that said I had to wait 24 hours. I got busy and figured I could do it later. A few days later I get the SAME message that I have to wait another 24 hours. How do I know that this will not keep happening every time I try to register it? Almost sounds like they are trying to get me NOT to register it so they won’t have to pay out on a claim. Who has time for this????
