Wish had choice between app and card

I am pretty technologically advanced and have had a rewards card for ages - not happy they came up with own app - all my other rewards cards for EVERYTHING ELSE - including another LOCAL dairy chain are on same app - KEY RING - made it more inconvenient to invent own app AND granted I had very few rewards points on my card - they did not transfer over to app. I called and spoke with someone there and have yet to hear back regarding getting credit for those points. AND WENT THERE TONIGHT - forgot to use app and was not reminded - so had to go thru hassle of entering in receipt when got gone to get the points. Rather poor system in my opinion. Not happy at all with new program - and like a kindergartner designed new store where you enter and exit store in line of traffic for drive thru??? Really???? Huh? What up wit dat?

Not user friendly at all

I downloaded the app on my Mom’s iPhone and tried to sign her up. Every time I would complete the sign up (I thought) it would take me back to a sign up screen and didn’t save anything. I tried three times. I downloaded it on my IPhone and had the same experience. Then I remembered I tried about a year ago to download the app and sign up and had the same result and deleted it. I don’t see why they would continue to use an app that doesn’t work when you can just swipe a card or use your phone number for rewards or maybe they don’t want people to collect they’re rewards in the first place. It seems to me that the older people especially that have been loyal to the app all these years probably aren’t using the app for sure because of technology and I can’t use it because I can’t sign up. Please go back to rewards cards.

Long timers are negatively impacted

I’ve been going to since they opened in the Columbus market, always been a rewards
Member since it’s been around. Today I was declined and told to get the app ( politely) the problem is I haven’t physically had the card probably since I was given it. I’ve always used my phone number to access my account. Now I am unable to sign up or merge my account with my phone number, so will not be able to use the app unless I create a new account. And honestly the incentive seems incredibly poor tied with the user experience. Hey, maybe the app is great! But I can’t login so will never know. More publicity in the stores could have helped avoid this gap.

App won't open

Have had the app for 4 months. Went to use it yesterday and the app won't open. It shows the opening image then immediately crashes. Tried deleting and re-installing the app, still does not work. I have saved my receipts to enter my reward points at a later date.
Graeter's management should take note that using an app as the sole entry point for rewards is a terrible idea. Just have the cashier enter our phone number, much less complicated and more convenient for the customer.
