Terrible connection issues

This app keeps crashing and has terrible issues with connecting to Alexa. My TP-Link switches work WAY better than these do.

They should not be making software. Absolutely unusable. Can’t even connect to their own devices! Constant crashes.

The scrolling performance within the “Main” tab of the the app app is terribly slow that it renders the app unusable for me. I’m surprised that it was allowed through the App Store review process. Would downgrade this to 0 stars if possible.
Don’t buy!!

Wasted money and time installing what is now very simple technology for most. Continually disconnects and you have to reinstall everything, works for a while, then stops. If it wasn’t a wall switch installed I would throw it out.
