Shows promise, but improvements needed to justify the price

The AR animation concept is engaging and my daughter is keen to read more of these books, but the library is far too small to justify the $60 per year subscription, much less the $130 lifetime unlock. At the rate my kid reads, she’d be done with them all in a month or two. Library needs more books. A few technical improvements to suggest: (1) insert longer pauses between page turns — sometimes the next page even interrupted and cut off the current one, (2) slow down the narration a bit, (3) highlight the words one by one in the captions below the book, to match the narration. All that said, I see the potential for a 5-star app here, with a much expanded library! In the meantime we’ll probably subscribe just month-to-month.
Great but will get expensive. Family Account Subscriptions????

I love this app and my kids are amazed by it, but having to buy the books will get expensive. The description says there are subscriptions but when I downloaded none were available only a book package. Would give a 5 star if they had the subscriptions but probably wouldn’t have downloaded if I had known that you have to buy each book. I recently downloaded to my ipad (6th generation) and it is very glitchy on the iPad but the iPhone version is awesome. Also, if you have multiple devices you cannot share purchases between devices.
Waste of time!

This whole ordeal was a waste of time and the only reason I’m spending more time on this app is to warn other potential users to STAY AWAY! Removed app about an hour after I installed it. I’ve got an iPhone X on iOS version 12.3.1. It took forever to get the library to function correctly to select a book and once I’d chosen one of the only two free ones, I never could even get it to display correctly nor would any of the games on the map open. Loved the concept and was excited to have my child try it but no way I’m passing this headache on to him! I want to encourage his love of reading not turn that love into disdain with this crappy app!

My question is why won’t the books download on my child’s iPhone she has an iPhone 6s which is supposed to be compatible I downloaded it on my 7plus with no problems and signed up for lifetime this was all done yesterday and there library is still stuck not downloading is there anyway I can get a refund because evidently this app does not work for my child’s phone who needs it please respond
