3. You can use the tour maps with the offline map, and the tour maps offer more detailed information than maps of the phone.

4. The offline maps if available will give you the detailed info such as street names around you.

5. You can do a lot more with the app: finding your friends locations on the map, recording your locations then sharing your trips as named trails with friends, fitness, note keeping, timer, etc.

6. Points of attractions can be searched by key word or category then plotted with loaded information such as visit duration, popularity ranking, etc.

7. The Subway diagram if available is for finding different subway routes.

8. Lodgings places if available can be plotted on the map with a single tap.
