Great but...

It would be fantastic if you didnt need the application always running (so that it actually shows up in the dock that it's open). Instead just make it permanently docked in the top menu so I don't have to keep opening the app all the time. I love how lightweight the app is, but this is a really big annoyings. Enough where I would seek a different app that offers this feature.
