1. Cheat day is very basic and simple to use, just enter the calories you have after each time you eat/drink and the app will keep track for you.
2. Make sure you start it 6 days prior to your planned cheat day, ie.
3. if Saturday is your cheat day start the app on the Sunday prior.
4. The average calories per day is 2500 for men and 2000 for women.
