Expensive and completely ineffective

Do you want to pay 3 dollars a week for and app that won’t even allow you to save photos or gifs because it will just quit the app whenever you want to use any of the three features of the app? Then this is the PERFECT app for you. If you want to use any of the aspects of the app, as in converting Live Photo’s to photos or gifs or videos, you MUST begin the trial and then begin paying for it within three days—much less than a trial period for almost any other app. I have yet to be able to actually save a video or gif as the app just completely shuts down upon attempting to save. If I could give one star I would. There are zero redeeming qualities and all of the aspects are clunky. The other reviews must be fake because this app in no way works or makes any sense.

I redownloaded this app on my phone today and my finger was still on the home button when it immediately asked which premium package I wanted. I didn’t want to buy anything and now I somehow have a weekly subscription. The website is useless and the email link in the app to contact this company doesn’t work. I don’t know how to cancel my subscription and I will definitely not be using anything from Vulcan Labs again. Worst experience ever. I want to cancel my subscription. Please help

Tried this app, it looks likes it’s loading FOREVER, but never saves or does anything. I payed for the week subscription, but that didn’t get me anything. App looks great, and straightforward and easy to use. It’s unfortunate that you can’t actually use it. There is an option that says “email us” but doesn’t work, so no support I guess? I paid for something that is absolutely useless. I just wanted to make a video from a Live Photo
Horrible app tricks you into subscription services

I downloaded this app while looking for something that could make live wallpapers and immediately realized it locks everything behind a paywall. Didn’t realize it would trick me the app a subscription. They make it so you have to pay the $3 to use anything. I was charged almost $30 before I realized this app had put me on a reoccurring subscription. Horrible wouldn’t recommend.
