Fix your issues

The graphics and variety of games are awesome, but do me absolutely no good when the game crashes every time I try to play a different slot machine or even when it’s loading. Past frustrating!!! What’s even more unbelievable is the amount of money they are charging for coins. Really?????? That is pure greed. I made a purchase when I first came upon the game...foolish me...and almost contacted the App Store to request a refund because it just kept crashing. I finally got through my coin purchase after a frustrating amount of time. Tried to play again tonight thinking things may have changed, they haven’t and when I really paid attention to the costs of the coins I was done. This game is getting deleted. Even if it wasn’t crashing I wouldn’t keep it because if we the customers continue to support the the app costs some of these developers are looking to get to play a game, they will continue to push the envelope to see just how much they can get. We should boycott any developers who have dollar signs in place of the irises in their eyes!!! Ridiculousness and pure greed!!!

Paying Attention to Winning combinations that disappear

I really like these games but what REALLY
get me riled is the feeling of being burned
so when it’s done as blatantly as completely stopping on a winning combination and all the sudden 2 out of that combo change to something else so now u no longer have a win And you’ve actually paid money to play a non paying game that cheats you I’ve purchased over 1 million in 3 paid plays and this has happen at least 6 times today at bout 8:50 am Thursday 13 it wasn’t a huge win today but that’s not the point a couple days ago it was still 250,000 with 3red lions so millions again I didn’t get I hate complaining about things so generally I’ll overlook stuff but guys this is way to often please make some adjustments cause I won’t be wasting
my money to be cheated. Now I also wonder how many times I’ve missed it do that
P.S. I tried to go thru support but I’m at work an don’t have that kinda time. Hassle or impossible maybe??

Don’t be so greedy

The games are good, but I have found the daily bonuses are small and I haven’t won anything substantial playing the game. I feel all this game is out for is the person to spend money every time you play. I’m a couple days away from deleting the app from my phone.
Wanted to go ahead and up date my review. Gave it a couple days to see if anything changed 👎 straight up thumbs down on this one. I understand you want to make money but for a person to play this game for an hour would cost $100. I would estimate my time playing this game each time I open it up is less than five minutes and I’m ashamed of myself for giving you any of my hard earned money. I can only think you’re not banking on customers sticking around for very long you’re looking to fleece them for as much as possible before they figure out your crooked angle of doing business.

I love the slots on this app. This app and ‘Super Jackpot’ the other app this account made have the best slots compared to other casino apps, but i think the luck, rng, whatever are so bad. I got my daily free spins for 2 days. First day i got 2k free coins from wheel and obviously i didnt hit anything. Today i got 5k free coins and had a total of 9k coins to play, and i played the daily challenge and i didnt hit anything out of 9 spins. I hate both these app for this reason. Never get lucky on them. Only reason i keep trying at it, its because i love these slots, and i dont know another app that has them. Please fix the rng, and add a way to earn more coins. Instead of 1 spin every 15 mins. Able to watch an ad or something. Do something to help people be able to keep playing your app. Do something. Come on.
