Locks up

No maneuverability. Screen locked saying no internet connection even though there is. Rebooted phone and reinstalled app and still cannot get past this screen. App useless.

Alexa sign in crashes app

Ever since version 2.8.7427 the speaker has asked me to sign in to Alexa on the app, but when I click that section the app crashes. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the speaker. No longer will it play music. Very disappointed.
