Won’t work even after I paid subscription

I’m trying to convert mp4 to mp3. I converted 1 file, and to its credit this app worked beautifully (hence the 2nd star). After that it said to do more I’d have to pay a subscription, so I paid $2.99 for a week. I tried to convert a file, and again it has a popup saying I need to purchase a subscription (after I’d already done so). I haven’t been able to convert ANYTHING since because this keeps happening. Out of curiosity I even clicked to subscribe for a week (again), at which point I got a popup saying I’m already subscribed & can renew my subscription on August 28. So it knows I’m subscribed & won’t give me access. Super frustrating!
Not working app!

I was reading wonderful reviews about this app. I needed to covert 49 second the app to an mp3 or mp4 file. As soon as you touch Convert button- you’re redirected to the screen with payment options, pressing the Skip button throws you out of the program. After numerous trying I decided to subscribe for a monthly payment option of $5.99. The payment went through but the program still not working!!! Had to cancel the subscription. Very disappointed!!! Spent my time and money for nothing.....

Honestly I was very shocked at how amazing this app is and how well it works and how easy it is to use at that I give it five stars I just wish that you could do more with it and you difference difference in formats
Beware of pro subscription

I upgraded to the pro subscription and after paying it never unlocked the pro features or removed the ads. I emailed the developer and never received a response. It never unlocked and basically just took my money. Also, the player stopped when the phone locked the first time I used it. When I manually locked the phone it kept playing but there’s no playback controls on the lock screen.
