Need to improve documentation

You should mention front and clear that this app does not work on its own, it can only be used to open .tcia files downloaded from TCIA. Even being a long time TCIA user I was confused when "Open" app did not have any effect.
Can't open it

Hi, I can't open it is that normal ? I can't even open the windows one (Error invoking method) ? Am I missing something ?
IOException after the update
