  • Incredibly Passionate Team In It For Long Haul

By Real Wiggle Yeah (Pcmac user)

The concept, the execution, the attention to detail, are all amazing. If you join the groups you can see the passion this team has for helping people achieve their personal goals in a way that’s natural to them. This is just the first version and hearing them take feedback and implement it, makes me want to support them for the journey. The app and planner are fantastic, of the utmost detail and quality.
  • App needs works

    By WisChrendel (Pcmac user)

The whole the app journal is pretty good so far. I have pushed myself to do it daily and have realized a lot of things I am good at and things I struggle with. The app leaves a lot to be desired. 1.) you cannot go back and modify days or even look at them. Yes I have the planner but it would be nice to be able to do it in the app as well. 2.) the scanning has issues and it’s mildly annoying. Sometimes it just won’t scan. 3.) I don’t think that the app changes for each brain type? the final question on your daily review does not match up on the app and it’s very confusing. Personally I would like to have the exact same questions on app and in the book. That way I can look at patterns. 4.) the app just feels empty. There is actually a lot of potential for this app but you can only do 2 things with it, scan and look at data (and you can’t even see all the data see below) 5.) paying $2.99 per month for the additional functionality in the app is a money grab. I think it’s akin to EA making additional content you have to purchase in games. At the very least, don’t shove it in my face every time I look at the app. Overall I love the daily journal but as a developer and consultant I think there are major issues with the app. For those of you that want to get the book I would recommend it. Lots of potential here hopefully we see some changes that improve this app!
  • Not working for me

    By Alex21Bru (Pcmac user)

I am not going to bash this app by any means but I downloaded the app and went through the steps and I’m not sure if it’s just me right now or if there’s a glitch in the system right now but it will not allow me to continue once I’ve created my account. It keeps sending me in a loop. I tell it I’ve already taken the brain type test and that I have a planner and click get started. I put in my name, email, password get started and it brings me back to the questionnaire of what brain type I am again. So I click the log-in button thinking hey I just submitted my info I should be in the system. And it does the same thing bringing me back to the questionnaire. Can anyone help me out with why it’s doing this or if I’m just missing something? I’d try out the fb log-in method but if it requires anything to do with that email I’m out of luck because I no longer use that one.
  • It’s okay

I’ve been using the journal and app for about a month. (Maybe I should preface this with the fact I’m not someone interested in journaling, but really more interested in productivity/planning) this journal didn’t have much different layout than other similar journals (like panda planner) and the app concept interested me, but in practice really feels more of a gimmick to get you to use the planner - I didn’t really gain any insight besides that I used it for x number of days. (Some stuff that could be changed too is letting you modify your week start/end - for me personally, Monday is the most logical day 1 of my week, but I can’t change it which really throws me off in planning) I find that I’m really just copying the to-dos from my Microsoft To-Do list to he journal. Maybe I’d like a different brain-type journal, I don’t know. The quality of the actual journal is nice though.
