App does not include all words, pagination is off

I got this app as a teaching tool for my class since the students like puzzles. However, I soon noticed that the finished puzzles , once emailed, were split onto two pages...even with a simple 16 the app puzzle. A.so, not all my words we’re included in the final puzzle. I saw an earlier reviewer made the same comment.
Missing words

I purchased this app as a teaching tool for my reading group and was very disappointed. I never received the email and had to take a screen shot then print. The 2 puzzles I made had words missing.
Leaves out words

The app is easy so use and navigate. I had multiple puzzles, and the app left off numerous words in both puzzles. They were in the key for words that should be in puzzle but we’re not actually in the puzzle itself.
