Hint not working

Dear Creators, I love this game and I think it’s a really fun and great game. However, while playing hard 26 I had to watch an ad to get a hint. I used the hint and did what it said. It did not work, so I watched another ad and got another hint. This time I followed it more precise. It still did not work.then when doing a third time I didn’t have to watch any ads. I kept using the hint which never went down. If you guys could fix this it would make this good app even better. -CuCuCor
