UPDATE This developer, while promising basic feature upgrades (such as getting rid of annoying force-justify) would be along “soon,” has been dragging his feet and now has stopped responding to follow-up messages sent in-app. A disappointing performance that has dropped this review from five to two stars. Will update again when developer steps up and does what he said he would do. PREVIOUS REVIEW The journaling app I’ve been waiting for, this app is a minimalist’s dream. Thoughtful in design and execution, it’s well worth the few bucks to upgrade to Premium. The developer is considerate and responsive to bug reports and feature requests—a big plus. this app replaces Vesper for me, another lovely note-taking app that was dropped by its developer a while ago and had become increasingly unstable under the latest iterations of iOS. this app is free to try. Give it a test drive. You’ll likely be glad you did.

I'm giving this five stars. I don't care what bad things anyone has to say. This app is so lovely. It's like when someone insults an kind granpa. This app has helped me through thick and thin, with depression. Depression kinda gotta in the way of me writing down my thoughts. But I enjoy this app even though it does pain me to write sometimes. It is easy to use and I have nothing bad to say about it. Usually all apps have quirks. But not this one. Much love and appreciation. <3

(TLDR @ bottom!) I love, love this app! I’d been trying to find a writing app for a really long time. I stumbled upon this app and fell in love! 1. No ads! Like what?? 2. Easy to use 3. You can write for hours and hours 4. The free version gives you so much and you can work with it Thanks to this app, I’m actually writing and making progress. I’ve had the app for a while now, and finally got the premium. Personally, I wouldn’t pay 5.99 for an app, but here’s why I did. 1. One time payment 2. Unlimited stories 3. Night mode 4. More things to come, yay 5. And the biggest reason I did it: TO SUPPORT THE APP!! TLDR? I love this app. Free, easy to use, no ads. Premium gives you more writing chances, is a one time payment, and supports this awesome app. Thanks this app! 😊

I adore this app, it's helped me so much with organizing notes and such, and it's very easy to use. The minimalist design is perfect. My only suggestions are to change the "edit date" feature so that articles can simply be dragged and dropped into order and to allow basic typing features like bold, italic, and hyperlink.
