Hi there, I signed up for the trial and reached out well over 24 hours in advance to cancel. No one emailed back and my card was charged. How do you not have any customer service if this is how you cancel? I’m going to dispute this charge with my credit card company if you do not reach out to me! I would be interested to use this app in the future just not ready to purchase the full pro plan right now. Please help I would be willing to take down this review but I don’t know how else to get ahold of someone.

I really liked the app. It seemed to work really well. The image quality seemed to drop after the the app was resized. I understand and expected it, just wish it didn’t occur.
Paid twice to have water mark removed

I paid to have the watermark removed and it worked one time and then it prompted me to pay again, because I thought that maybe the payment didn’t go through and paid twice. I still am prompted to pay a third time and it won’t remove the watermark. What is the bug?
