Perfect edit: (almost)
By Torr_________________________ (Pcmac user)
This is a really fun and well made rhythm game. No ads at all unless you choose to watch them yourself. It is nice to see a game that isnāt completely taken over by ads. The camera angles are changed to intentionally block your view from time to time, this is to make the game more difficult in the harder difficulties and makes the game much more interesting.
edit: When I tilt my phone sideways the score and boss health bar get in the way of the arrows and make them a bit harder to see. (iOS 11.3.1 on an iPhone 7) it would be nice to see them get just a little bit smaller so I can see the arrows well.

Eh.
By ForcedNickname12345 (Pcmac user)
The concept is interesting but isnāt executed well.
Rhythm games can be fun and increased difficulty can really test your reaction time but this simply doesnāt make any sense. The āextremeā difficulty adds obstructions and camera angles to block your view of the next note, which I get, but at times it doesnāt even give a preview of the note, itās starts with an obstructed view and suddenly youāre missing notes without ever getting to see what the note was to begin with. The game would better suffice with a quicker tempo that relies more on reaction than whatās currently implemented.
The frequent forced snapshots of the this app animals after you successfully complete a string of notes is also frustrating, why am I taking a picture of a dog for the third time in a row? Who cares? Iām here for the rhythm, not for the fake photos.
Speaking of rhythm, my game was bugged with no sound. I checked the settings, in app and on my phone. Iām sure redownloading would correct this but I have no interest in playing this further.

What a lovely game
By Lowfr3q (Pcmac user)
Iām have a lot of fun with this game so far. It has a simple but addictive base concept. Itās art style is very cute, I love the low poly vibe. It kind of reminds me of the Katamari art which is wonderful. It doesnāt push ad banners or interstitials down your throat but gives you some good incentive to watch an ad here or there.
My two suggestions if devs are reading this
1: There is a bug where sometimes no audio plays and I have to background the app and reopen to fix it
2: Fix the boss zoom in/out mechanic. Maybe give us an extra second after zoom in before the arrows start. While itās by no means āunplayableā as some other reviewers have said, it does mess with your sense of timing and rhythm to have to be swiping as soon as you zoom in.
Other than that keep up the good work and thanks!

Good game that turned into nightmare
By kokujin_2000 (Pcmac user)
Upon downloading "this app" I found the game wonderfully simplistic. Tap on the signs, animals follow you, and the this app gets more elaborate. I played the game obsessively for the first 3 days until the nightmares started.
Apparently a constant, unchanging, procedurely generated this app consisting of animals with 8-bit voices is my subconscious' idea of Hell. Add in a "tiger mom" style UFO that's always ready to demonstrate its disapproval at the slightest misstep, and you have the makings of every teenage overachiever's night terror.
Needless to say...I've stopped playing.
