RESETTING MY PROGRESS!

First of all, I'd like to say that this is a great game. It's so much fun to play! But there are a couple problems that you should really fix 😩. First, every single time I go on the game, a black screen comes up, and I have to WAIT 😡. I hate waiting. Next, I'll just be on the game, then I have to get off for a second. I'll come back, and then the game has completely RESET MY PROGRESS!!! 😡😡😡😡 Please fix this NOW.
