Having trouble trading ads for stars

I’ve been using this app for two to three days now, and I really like it. The animation is incredible, the customization is various, and there’s a color spectrum so users can make the character and their clothes whatever color they want, even being able to name and GIF them. However, since I don’t want to have to spend money to get stars, I choose to watch ads instead. After an ad or two, the app no longer lets me watch anymore, and instead of it saying “18 left today”, it goes back to saying “20 left today”. I still have the stars that I received from watching the ads that popped up, but I can’t get anymore because the app won’t let me.
I’m not sure if it’s because of my phone since it’s saying “Couldn’t show video.(Is there connection?”, or if it’s a glitch in the app. I have signal and the data is on, but it’s not letting me watch an ad. I’ll continue using the app, but hopefully whatever is happening will be fixed.

The game is absolutely beautiful!! Ive loved Angelas art since 2016, but only just now found out about this game! I was a little worried when I saw that some items need points, thinking "oh god, Im gonna need to spend money to enjoy this game, arent I?" But since youre able to watch ads for points and buying points is extremely cheap, I dont have a problem with it. But something Ive noticed is when resizing things or turning them, sometimes it looks a little weird. For example, when resizing the eyelids/eyelashes, that part changes, but the eye under it doesnt, and with a dark skin tone and light eyes and vise versa, its really noticeable. That makes it so I can only give myself a certain range with resizing the eyes. Its a small problem though, and whether or not its fixed wont affect me, but with how great the game is, the only things that can be fixed are insignificant. This game is the best avatar creator ive seen, and I hope we get more items soon! 💛💛💛

I love this game! It’s is very beautiful and really fun! They is a lot of accessories you can say that and cute clothes! But...the only issue I’m having is leaving the game and coming back to the game. So I played a lot for like 2 hours or so then I had to go somewhere so after I came back from the beach I went home I looked at the window it was night so I went on my phone and played the game when I entered a long thing of a lot of words so I read and it said:SORRY YOU CAN NO LONGER PLAY the app PORTION MAKER YOULL HAVE TO PAY LOTS OF MONEY. I didn’t know if that was normal so what I did was deleted it I was very sad☹️ so the next day I downloaded it and it was all normal😇 but be Careful cause this might happen to you don’t pay lots of money all you it delete the game then download it again if it still is not normal just stay calm and try parents to help you cause something’s might get crazy without your parents help. Thank You!🌸

Need a few tweaks, but overall good

I’ve tried a couple avatar makers in my life, and I’d say this is probably the best one I’ve came across so far. Even then, I think there could be a few changes they could make
I’ve noticed that as opposed to the portrait maker for boys, this one doesn’t have ears. Even though most of the time the long hair covers it, I still find it a bit disturbing when in trying to make a girl with a pixie cut
I also noticed that there’s only one type of frame for the glasses. I’d suggest making a few more, add a little more personality. Instead of only Harry Potter glasses, they could also add Ray-Bans, etc, so all the glasses wearing characters don’t look similar. With some clothes and accessories, they didn’t line up with the rest of the features, for that I suggest that for some clothing items, such as the hats and scarves, there be an option to resize them
Overall, this app is really customizable, and despite a few tweaks that should be made it’s pretty solid
