Can’t reach support to even get help with all

This app is showing an “internal error” when you try to open it. I was trying to teach the developers app support, but the link on here only leads to a website that asks you to “see demo” or sign in as an admin. I’m not an admin of this app. Can someone look into why this app doesn’t open and has an “internal error?” - sooner than later. I need to get into the app.
List option

This is so weird. Just yesterday I could view the list of students in my class and today there’s no such option. Please fix it
