Download and install the VideoToLive - Live Photo Maker app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using VideoToLive on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "VideoToLive"
- The search will reveal the VideoToLive - Live Photo Maker app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once VideoToLive is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including VideoToLive.
- Now enjoy VideoToLive on PC.

To get VideoToLive on Windows 11, check if there's a native VideoToLive Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing VideoToLive:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "VideoToLive" » Click "Install" to install VideoToLive - Live Photo Maker
- VideoToLive - Live Photo Maker will now be available on your windows start-menu.

It’s simple and straight to the point. It allows you to take any video from your camera roll and convert up to at least 45 seconds of footage to a Live Photo. I don’t know if it allows any longer than that, because I did not have a video longer than 45 seconds. It does have ads, but they are not too obnoxious and not too in the way. They can be removed with an in app purchase. Probably the best converter app for turning videos into Live Photos, because it doesn’t make you pay for anything, other than to remove ads if you wish.

A problem.

I’m having a big problem, it’s only letting me load certain videos. So it’s letting me load one 3 second video and putting it as my wallpaper, but when I try to load a different 3 second video it doesn’t let me and I really want to put this certain one as my wallpaper and it just won’t load :/. Like it will load all the way except for like a little inch and it’ll stay like that for a whillleee and then the app will crash. :/

I just wanted to convert a video to a Live Photo to use as my wallpaper and this did just that, no 5 second limit BS like other apps and no pointless subscription service. Ads are present but I can guarantee they won’t bother you. 100% free, 100% recommend. Thank you very much for this app. :)

I made the Live Photo and set it on my lock screen without a problem the only thing is that when I press on it I don’t here any sound and that’s what I was looking for but other than that it’s a great app.
