What is Intercity Portal? The Intercity Portal app allows users to request roadside assistance, towing, service, or tire changes. It also provides quick communication in case of emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns, theft, or license plate loss. Users can receive fleet rental offers, make payments, and reconcile monthly statements. The app also allows users to view and change their driver and vehicle lists, as well as access information on invoices, traffic fines, and OGS-HGS crossings. Users can access all current information related to their vehicles, including returns/deliveries, service entries/exits, invoices, and payments. The app also provides a knowledge bank with useful information and frequently asked questions. Users can contact Intercity for any service-related issues or questions. Different responsibilities such as Fleet Manager, Reconciliation Officer, Purchasing Officer, Collection/Payment Officer, and Signature Authority are available in the app, and users can access different features based on their assigned responsibilities.
1. Uygulamaya girdikten sonra, sürücülerinizin uygulamayı etkin kullanabilmesi için ilk adım olarak, lütfen tüm kullanıcılarınızı "Kontak Listesi" > "Davet Et" adımından Intercity Portal uygulamasına davet ediniz.
2. Müşteri aktiviteleri bölümünden sorumluluğunuzda olan tüm araçlar ile ilgili Intercity'nin sisteminde tuttuğu (araç iade/teslimat, servis giriş/çıkış, fatura, ödeme vs.) tüm güncel bilgilere erişebilirsiniz.
3. Intercity'nin sizlere ilettiği tüm kılavuzları ve faydalı bilgileri ve sıkça sorulan soruların cevaplarını içeren bilgi bankamıza erişebilirsiniz.
4. Uygulamanın içinde "Filo Yöneticisi", "Mutabakat Sorumlusu", "Satınalma Sorumlusu", "Tahsilat/Ödeme Sorumlusu", " İmza Yetkilisi" gibi farklı sorumluluklar bulunmaktadır.
5. Intercity'den aldığınız hizmetlerle veya aracınız ile ilgili her konuda iletişim sekmesinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
6. İkinci adım olarak, "Araç Sürücüleri Tanımlama" adımından sürücüleri ve araçlarınızı eşleştiriniz.
7. Kaza, arıza, çalınma, hırsızlık, plaka kaybı gibi acil durumlarda hızlı iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
8. Fatura Detaylarını, Trafik Para Cezası, OGS-HGS Geçişlerini ve OGS-HGS Geçiş İhlallerini görüntüleyebilirsiniz.
9. Yol yardım, çekici, servis veya lastik talebi yapabilirsiniz.
10. Size atanan sorumluluğa göre uygulama içinde yapabilecekleriniz farklılık gösterebilir.
11. Uygulamanın tümüne erişim için oturum açmanız gerekir.
